Overhauled Generation specifically for LoD drawdistance

LoD mods become a standard on Java and many people have already suggested an official implementation. The higher draw distance of these mods reveal that the current generation of the game is not future proof. From end city spawn grid to just biomes generally.

I think the entire game should receive an update dedicated to world generation and the addition of LoDs.

That feature will make sure Minecraft stays future proof for years to come.
