Let it Glow

As a winter release, with a play on Let it Snow and lightning up the holidays, Let it Glow would allow players to dye mobs using a glow ink sac and craft other glowing items, such as a bed, banners, and carpet. Could apply only to currently dyeable mods, or allow either temporary (during a season for example) or permanent effects to change other mobs also, like cows, pigs, and/or chickens. Perhaps add a glow fish, like an angler as a new mob. Let's light up the holiday season and Let it Glow!
