new ruined portals and climate effects

i think that since ruined portals found in the overworld are surrounded by netherrack as if the nether is bleeding through, the ruined portals found in the nether should have the overworld bleeding through. grass, plants, dirt, flowers, should all be around these portals. it makes the portals hard to miss like they are in the overworld. in the chests should be the typical gold loot, and also things found in the overworld. i also think that since the stuff bleeding in through the overworld wouldn’t be used to the lava, they should be dead and wilted, but keep the colors to make sure they’re obvious. i think that the netherrack surrounding the ruined portals in the overworld should also have similar effects since they won’t be used to the climate in the overworld. they should have steam effects of some sort as well.
