Hail (optional gameplay)

Some people, like me, want a new challenge in Minecraft every once in a while. I propose adding a hail option, which can be toggled on and off in your settings. It follows the typical weather cycle and comes like rain does. standing out in hail makes you take 1 damage per second. It also has a chance to break any block. The higher the block's hardness, the less chance the block will break when hail hits it.
