new neather biome

So, in the neather Its spossed to be a hell like area but I would like an area where there is no lava floor it could be made out of something such as soulsand or a new block. I would like this because I feel like if ghast were ever in the neather at some point it would be kinda colder. It could also have ruined ghast nests with a slight chance of a baby ghast in them it could also be a maybe baby unhappy ghast (not in it's block form) so it grows up to be a regular neather ghast. or you can bring it to the overworld with leads or snowballs. (ty for reading my idea)
