Hello Minecraft Team,
I would like to suggest a change regarding chat restrictions for child accounts.
I understand that chat restrictions exist to protect younger players. However, completely disabling the chat also prevents players from using essential server commands.
Many multiplayer servers rely on commands such as /tpa, /home, /spawn, /warp, and similar commands for normal gameplay. These commands are not used for chatting with other players, but for navigating and playing on the server.
It would be great if child accounts could still use basic server commands while keeping normal chat messages disabled. This would allow younger players to enjoy multiplayer servers without removing the safety features that are already in place.
Please consider allowing safe commands like /tpa, /home, /spawn, /warp, and other non-chat commands for child accounts.
Thank you for your time and for continuing to improve Minecraft.
