Chisel tool for changing block variants

A new tool that could change placed blocks into their other variants (stair, slab, chiseled, etc).

When building you carry around blocks, bricks, polished, chieseled, stairs, slabs, and walls. 8 different types for just one block, stone can be made into even more.

A chisel tool could be used in this place to convert placed blocks into the desired version. It could have modes for the type you select (e.g stair) then when used on, say stone, it would convert the stone block into stairs and use some durability.

This would not make the stonecutter redundant as you can use it to bulk craft for bigger builds.

Possible enchants could be unbreaking and silk touch. Silk touch could be used for blocks that convert into 2, popping off or being added to your inventory.

This would help alleviate some of the inventory issues as you can carry less differing types of items and would be a new way to build.
