Make cobwebs breakable with water again

Not many people know about this but in the newest snapshot with the dappeled forest cobwebs cant be broken by placing water anymore. It effects the entire pvp community and is not even “realistic” or a bug fix and it doesnt even benefit any other community in minecraft. Its just gonna be really annoying and is not useful at all. I feel like minecraft is trying to ruin pvp over and over again and i dont understand why because every community should get attention and its just unfair that they puposely remove features just to get on our nerves.
