Update fishing loot pool -- Replace or remove saddles/name tags

Now that saddles and name tags are craftable I don't see why they should be counted as treasure in the fishing loot pool. You could either keep them in the loot pool and count them as junk, or you could replace them with music discs or horse armour. It is kind of annoying to keep fishing up saddles and name tags with a luck of the sea rod now that they are no longer rare or valuable.
