Sea Lamprey mob + Biotechnician Villager Type

In order to raise awareness of invasive sea lampreys entering the Great Lakes, I think there should be the new Sea Lamprey mob! They spawn naturally in oceans and temperate rivers, and drop themselves as an item when killed. There could also be a structure in temperate villages as a place to trade with the new villager profession named the Biotechnician (could be something else but idk what else to call it). In exchange for a sea lamprey, you could get a fishing rod or emeralds, in reference to how you can get a fishing lure if you were to bring a sea lamprey to the Michigan US Fish and Wildlife Service.
