Leaf Litter Blocks

Leaf litter blocks would basically be like snow layers but its just a-lot of leaves that have piled up over time under trees or piled up by the player. It would also be somewhat like powdered snow blocks minus the freezing effect and maybe negate some fall damage like hay bales. I also think this would be great to add in with the dappled forest biome.
