Prismarine Armour, Trim, Totem or fatigue potion

Prismarine is fairly hard to get to the average player in my opinion, with needing to kill gaurdians and the Fatigue, Having either a single Unique armour item or a Trim or even Totem which maybe does a single-use powerful gaurdian beam, or a mining fatigue potion
