Shimmer glass

Shimmer glass would be made by placing a glow ink sack in the center of a crafting table, and surrounding it with glass. Shimmer glass would be a light source, with a light level of 5. Basically glass with a glow. Shimmer glass would also be colorable, it would be made the same way stained glass is, but using shimmer glass rather than normal glass. Shimmer glass would not be able to be made into panes, nor would it give off any colored light. 

Shimmer glass could be used as mood lighting (due to its lower light level), or used in various forms of building. I for one think of it being used as magic crystals in a fantasy themed mine. 

Minecraft is all about imagination, Shimmer glass would be an amazing, and useful item for survival, or for creative builds.
