Less fallen trees in the new Dappled forest biome (specifically on Java)

The amount of fallen trees in the Java dappled forest is way too much. All that would be needed to do is reduce the spawn rate by a very small amount and it would look a lot better and not like someone came and chopped a bunch of trees.

    soo true! The first thing I noticed when creating a world and finding a dappled forest was how sparse the trees were and just how many stumps and fallen trees there were. Multiple tree trunks had actually spawned so close that they were touching.
