As in the PC version of Minecraft Bedrock Edition, it would be great if players could use their own custom skins on Nintendo Switch 2.
With the announcement of the native Minecraft version for Nintendo Switch 2, this is a perfect opportunity to add support for custom skins synchronized through a Microsoft account.
Many players create or import their own skins on mobile devices and use the same Microsoft account across multiple platforms. However, custom skins currently cannot be used properly on Nintendo Switch and are often replaced by a default skin.
A simple solution would be to allow skins that are already selected and saved on a player's Microsoft account to automatically appear when logging into Minecraft on Nintendo Switch 2. This would improve the cross-platform Bedrock experience and allow players to express their creativity consistently across all devices.
This feature would make Nintendo Switch 2 feel fully integrated into the Bedrock ecosystem.
Thank you for considering this feature.
