red spruce trees in poplar biome

Currently spruce leaves are the only tree type that doesn't have biome dependent colors, like turning dead colors in deserts or bluer in cold biomes. so this poplar forest update would be a good time to add it.

    The alternative would be using the same 3 colors red orange yellow as the poplar tree does but for spruce and it should only generate in that biome but that seems harder to code.
