Shelf Mushrooms stick to their block when moved

The new shelf Mushrooms and their bouncing properties provide an opportunity for a unique feature of being able to stick to and move with the block they are attached to without popping off, needing slime or honey blocks to move them and don't contribute to the push limit. This unique quality could give Redstoners some interesting new mechanics to play with.
