Firework Patterns and the Firework Station

The current system for making fireworks is outdated and discourages newer players from interacting with it. Like banners before the loom, it is a system largely incompatible with the recipe book that requires the use of guides or the Wiki.

I propose the creation of a unique block, like the loom, that offers an intuitive menu for creating custom fireworks—similar to the firework crafting GUI from LCE. Furthermore, certain decorative fireworks can be very expensive (this was also an issue with certain banner patterns), so the inclusion of firework patterns would further encourage people to interact with this system. It would also allow for a new form of loot, as we've seen banner patterns be used as loot in recent updates/drops.
