Dappled Forests should generate near cold biomes (Taigas and Old Taigas)

So, the dappled forest is considered a cold biome, especially since the patch notes explicitly describe it as one, and it spawns the cold variants of animals. Right now, though, its generation feels a bit awkward because it often appears near rivers, where it's cut off by the them, on top of hills or isolated in the middle of plains, which are temperate biomes. Also, dappled forests also generate with spruce trees, so it would make much more sense for them to spawn next to taigas and old-growth taigas instead.
