Change how Dappled Forests generate to match normal forests

    I agree, in my opinion the dappled forest would be great as a transition between regular forests and taigas. I also think that having trees and leaf litter etc. to break up the transition between biomes would help make the grass color transition much less jarring.

    Came here to suggest this! I was so hyped for this update and I loaded up my forever world seed in a snapshot to check it out and I am SO disappointed. It's generating super weirdly where it's making existing areas super ugly, where they were so pretty before, and anywhere it is generating it's not anywhere near big enough to make a base, let alone feel immersive. 

    I want to be able to feel like I'm in autumn, not in a weird patch of orange grass where I can still see green grass all around me! 

    The transition is also incredibly jarring. I hate it. So much. I've seen a few other suggestions for more "autumn" themed biomes and I think this might help - to have an "inbetween" biome that helps blend the bright orange to more muted, to green. Possibly placing them next to savannah biomes in generation, or even overriding savannah generation as those have some VERY large areas that currently often go unbuilt on because they are seen as "ugly". But next to a dappled forest they could become a tool to be more immersive imo.
