Slightly better villager pathfinding on Java edition

I'm currently building a village and I'm noticing that villagers will climb up ladders and get stuck, or find a way onto a fence and jump off, taking fall damage. This is (obviously) slightly annoying, so I'm suggesting slighty better pathfinding. Just some adjustments to the current pathfinding (not rewriting the whole thing) so that they will find a way down ladders and so that they will not jump off of fences/ blocks if they will take fall damage (maybe).

    I agree! Also, not only do villagers get stuck on ladders, they also get stuck on trapdoors, I can't place furnitures or walls made of trapdoors in the village without them getting stuck, this takes away freedom when players are trying to make a village aesthetically pleasing while functional.
