(java) PLEASE less barking!

I'm playing 26.2 java. I've tamed a wolf. It won't stop barking quite literally every 5 seconds. I don't really like the new wolf sounds, and it does not help that it barks CONSTANTLY. it drives me insane. Having a wolf is an important mechanic in the game, but hearing it bark LITERALLY EVERY FEW SECONDS is awful and I can't take it! Please make them bark way less.
