Please accept my Minecraft idea called Salt Seas.
Items/mobs: Salt, Salt Block, Rake, Crooked Sword (5 hearts damage), Eye Patch, Salted Drowned (8 hearts), Wrecked (8 hearts), Salt Dirt, Silver Ore, Deepslate Silver Ore.
Get salt by making a 9x3 hole, 3 blocks deep, filled with water source blocks. After 5 days at light level 15 it becomes salted water, like coral reef water. Use a rake, crafted like an upside-down iron pickaxe, to collect it. Each block gives 4 salt.
Salt blocks are crafted like diamond blocks using salt. They are gravity blocks. Falling over 5 blocks breaks them into 4 salt.
With many salt blocks in water, mobs except drowned and salted drowned turn into stone statues.
Salted drowned are drowned left too long in salted water or zl clicked with sal. Loot: salt 100%. They are passive, sun-immune and follow players. Raking one turns it into a drowned. Near a shipwreck it becomes a Wrecked, a pirate with a crooked sword.
Wrecked loot: gold 40%, emerald 18%, heart of the sea 12%, diamond 6%, eye patch 12%, treasure map 12%.
Medusa Lake has white-ish water and salt dirt, red dirt with no vegetation. Staying 5 minutes in the water turns you into a statue. No plants or animals live there. Silver below is for silver tools and armour.
Why Mojang should make this: Wrecked always drop loot, making fights exciting as loot can be valuable. Easy with armour. Mining silver is risky: only 5 minutes before becoming a statue.
