Spears not breaking boats and mine carts.

I really like the spear, especially that it doesn't break blocks. It let's place for fighting without instantly break everything around. The only thing is that it breaks minecarts and boats. It would be nice if it didn't. By example I'm trying to do a sort of hockey with sulfur cubes and you have to be on a boat to play it, and have a spear. But the spear sadly instantly breaks the opponents boat. This is just one example, but there's a lot of other cases of that. Making mine carts and boats not receive any spear damage is a good idea
