Custom Gamerule for Farmer Villagers

I believe there should be a Gamerule separate from the MobGriefing Gamerule that allows or prevents farmer villagers from harvesting crops and villagers picking up food, because MobGriefing disables this exact thing, but this is problematic since I'm sure plenty of people turn off mob griefing to avoid creepers from griefing blocks, but Farmer Villager's need to be able to farm to get food for the condition for villagers reproducing. and let alone they also need to be able to pick up the food.

Which is why I believe this would be a needed change to the MobGriefing effects
