same spawn site EVERYTIME

cant find a proper support location  this site is chaos back patting.

Since the introduction if the frozen or arctic tundra i only ever spawn in that location in a new game.the pc is a win 11 on an intel core ultra series5245. nvidia 5060TI MSI 16GB, 64GB RAM and all new ssd drives
