Alloys and new liquid

A way to mix two or more different materials into one, eg: mixing Redstone and copper to create a new alloy that can serve the same purpose as Redstone dust but more solid hence capable of being placed on sides and bottom of blocks. There are only technically three liquids in minecraft, only two of which can be placed, water and lava. So adding a new liquid will be fresh and increase the variety. Maybe something that can aid in making alloys, or maybe something entirely different and new. Maybe an alloy of sorts made using wind charge and something else, like blaze powder?... maybe... IDK what else to say. It is my first time doing something like this.
