Make so bedrock and java feel the same

Can we have like Bedrock Sweeping edge, Offhand, and make us so we are able to fly in water and lava, /give playerhead, f3menus, or else it will feel like bedrock is so outdated, for example, when players are playing on crossplatform server like donut smp, java player can use pie chart, entitiecounter to find bases and bedrock cant, lastly, please make so addon development be easier with more flexibility
