Allow ANY item/block in Bedrock's off-hand using a "Smart Priority" control logic that works seamlessly across touchscreens, controllers, and keyboards without cluttering the screen.
The game should dynamically read crosshair context:
* Building/Bridging: Clicking your secondary action (Right-Click, LT, or Touch Place Button) on empty air instantly places the off-hand block/torch without swinging your main tool.
* Touch Gestures: Tapping a mob triggers a main-hand attack, and holding the screen breaks blocks. Tapping empty air seamlessly places or uses the off-hand item without needing new on-screen buttons.
* Advanced Combat: Players can swing a weapon with their main hand while instantly dropping water, throwing Wind Charges, or eating Golden Apples from the off-hand without losing momentum.
This smart priority gives mobile, console, and PC players full Java-style dual-wielding freedom while keeping the UI clean and the gameplay fast.
