Making the Bedrock health regeneration system the same as the Java Edition would be a massive improvement for survival balance. On Java, having high food saturation allows you to regenerate health rapidly.
On Bedrock, regeneration is locked to a very slow rate (half a heart every 4 seconds). With Hardcore mode now officially in Bedrock, this slow healing feels incredibly punishing. No one wants to lose a long-term Hardcore world simply because their health didn't regenerate fast enough during a tough fight, even while fully fed.
Please bring Java's fast saturation-based healing to Bedrock so players have a fair chance at surviving dangerous situations.
