"Friendly Fire" Enchantment

In addition to Friendly Fire being able to be switched on as a "cheat" mechanic, for those who prefer to play survival/hardcore with achievements can enchant any weapon or tool with Friendly Fire, which prevents damage being done to other players in the world or to "pet" status and nametagged mobs. Using an enchantment table takes 2 levels, 2 lapis lazuli, and has a weight of 10. Friendly Fire cannot be combined with Smite, Sharpness, or Bane of Arthropods. Clicking on a mob or player with a weapon or tool enchanted with Friendly Fire results in the achievement I Just Want to Test It.
