New biomes

I've heard that The End doesn't have a biome because it's the final destination. Okay, that's true, but what if we just improve the existing biome? Like the chorus fruit for example Instead of just letting it be a fruit, why not make it into a chorus tree? Wouldn't that give us a little bit of life in the end? At least we'll get a new wood set and a new natural landscape at the end. No need to create a new one, just improve the existing biome. Right?
