The q.owner_identifier filter in attachables files needs an alternative

The q.owner_identifier filter is sometimes convenient, but with a large number of custom NPCs and their equipment, the code becomes cumbersome and difficult to edit, turning into kilometers of duplicate identical references. New filters are needed. How about: query.owner_has_any_tag('tag'), query.owner_has_any_family('family'), and query.owner_has_any_geo('geometry name')?
