Creeper balance suggestion

Creeper explosion size, they explode more blocks when they make eye contact with the player. Creepers with lower health deal more damage with their explosion. Players should view creepers as an obstacle not an inevitable, the player's choices should control the outcome, if they fight it but lose then it should cause more harm and less harm if they didn't attack it or turn around, by making eye contact or see it coming.
