Desert Hazards: Sandstorms, Tornadoes, and Quicksand

Description:Deserts are too empty and safe. We need to add weather hazards and a dangerous new block to make this biome more exciting.The Storms & Tornadoes: When it rains in the world, deserts should experience Sandstorms that lower visibility with a dusty orange fog. Very rarely, powerful Tornadoes will form, lifting players and mobs into the air and throwing them far away.New Block - Quicksand: This new block generates in lake-like pools across the desert. It looks almost identical to regular sand, making it hidden and dangerous. If a player steps on it, they sink right through and start suffocating, just like with Powder Snow! It would make pathfinding in the desert much more tactical.
