Easier ways to find Nether Structures

There should be some way to get explorer maps for Nether structures, like Bastions and Fortresses. Perhaps they could be added into the Piglin bartering tables with a low droprate? Or, (Me just realizing that maps don't work in the Nether.), we could have some sort of compass, something like Eyes of Ender, or even a mob that will lead you there, similar to how dolphins can take you to shipwrecks. Currently, Fortresses and Bastions are all but required to advance in the game, but incredibly tedious to find if you don't get an incredible Nether spawn. I understand that on some level it is supposed to be difficult, but right now it's less a matter of skill and more of random luck. Plus, it's so annoying that most people either cheat or use Chunkbase or spectator mode. Please add some way to find structures that DOESN'T rely on cheating or combing through thousands of nether chunks while repeatedly dying.
