Friends List should allow cross platform with Bedrock

I'm not sure if this will be fixed once the friends list is added to the game, but it would be amazing if the friends list could allow bedrock players to play with Java players instead of keeping the two isolated. Again I don't know too much about this snapshot and what will be fixed and added to the game, but if they add the friends list permanently it would be better if it allows cross-platform.

    There are many parity issues they would have to fix though
