Throwing eye of enther in the nether takes you to the closest portal

Currently the Eye of Ender only works in the overworld, but I think it could work in the nether as a compass for the nearest working portal. We frequently forget where we left our portal, where it is, and it makes total sense that the Eye of Ender will take you to the portal, because it's the way to get to the stronghold — you have to go to the overworld
