Add an Aurora to Cold Biomes

Different auroras appear in different cold biomes, such as, a green aurora could appear in Old Growth Spruce and blue could appear in Ice Spikes. Different shades and tints could vary across all the separate cold biomes, helping players indicate which biome they are truly in. (Similar to how the sky or grass shifts in shades)
