Make leaf litter accurate to real life

So when leaf's usually fall from the trees , ( This is going to sound like common sense ) they are usually green for while then they change colour to yellow , then orange to red and then turn brown.

Minecraft leaf litter has none of this and always have 1 main colour and similar shades , it would be pretty accurate if they decided to add this, and have each tree match the leaf's original colour of leaf's
