A suggestion how to fix illegal cape selling

Ive heard that mojang is adding more of those limited time capes and wanted to suggest that capes should be gotten from doing something like getting all advancments or making a build and submiting it anything impressive which can grant you a cape on somewhere kinda like a site and to get a crafter cape you have to make a redstone machine with crafters and it can be approved and if it is you get the cape

    Another cool way to get cape would be if you got a cape eveytime you beat a minecraft game like a bedrock cape a Java cape a Dungeons 1 and 2 cape and a minecraft Legends cape
