With many of us building underwater structures but wanting to see outside of them (and not be dripped on at the same time), there have been requests for clear glass, melded glass, waterlogged glass, etc.
My idea is simple: when using glass (or glass panes), you can seal them using bees wax, and the glass becomes 'sealed'. It will act like a wall for the purposes of becoming a single panel, and water won't be able to seep through, not even the 'visual drip' that doesn't do anything but be visual. This will allow for underwater glass domes without the constant irritating drip that makes it feel like your 'sci-fi' home is ancient and leaking. It will also allow for builds with large window scapes to not be interuppted each block with an annoying line or /// hash mark. And, it would add additional functionality to both the glass and the wax block. This will also make it so that already built structures don't have to be rebuilt if they want to keep the drip mechanic. But if people want to get rid of it, they just have to wax their already built buildings.
