Elitra Chestplates or "Elitraplate"

The Minecraft update would include a new crafting recipe where you take string, any chestplate, and Elitra, all in the crafting grid, and it crafts the "Elitraplate" A ability where you can now where the chestplate while flying with Elitra. When you craft the Elitraplate, it keeps all the enchantments on the Elitra, and chestplate.
