updated Turtle helmet

An Interesting addition to the turtle helmet could be, for the water breathing affect, in order to get water breathing you'd need lapis first to charge the turtle helmet, and you'd need more lapis to have the water breathing last longer, but the breathing wouldn't be permanent, nor would the helmet even if the helmet goes over the potion of water breathing somehow outshine or make the potion obsolete. also perhaps the armor trims, and depending on the type of material could add to some different affects, like netherite gives a light resistance affect with the turtle helmet, and some trims add in a slight armor buff.
