Add a Pressurizer (block converter)

Add a new workstation block called the "Pressurizer." It mainly can be used to compress & convert Cobblestone into Gravel, and Gravel into Sand. It has a limited-time use, just like an Anvil, but is less durable. This could be useful mostly for when you need sand to make glass but are surround by nothing but gravel and dirt. Would just make building your base, house, or whatever just a bit less tedious. Additionally, it could also maybe convert Dirt into Coarse Dirt, Brick blocks into Cracked Brick variants, Nether Brick into Netherrack, or even Magma Blocks back into Magma Cream—cus I don't see why not.
