Fix shields in bedrock

Shields in bedrock are really bad like shields in bedrock doesn't block effects and some enchantments from attacks like a punch 2 bow still knocks a player that's blocking with a shield. Shields in bedrock also can't block attacks from any direction we're looking at like attacks from above and below and only blocks attacks from the front. I'm also not a fan of the knockback that shields does when a player hits a shield in bedrock
