Add Export World and Import World Buttons on Android

Android 15 and Android 16 restrict access to the Android/data folder. Many Minecraft Bedrock players can no longer back up, copy, transfer, or recover their worlds, even when connecting their device to a computer. Realms is a paid subscription service and should not be the only practical way to protect or transfer worlds. Please add official "Export World" and "Import World" buttons to Minecraft Bedrock Edition on Android. Players should be able to create and restore .mcworld files directly from the game without needing access to Android/data. This would help prevent world loss and make transferring worlds between devices much easie
