when you ctrl middle click, say, a chain command block, it does not copy the conditional state, this is incredibly annoying when working with a chain command block, so it should be possible to include that data when picking a chain command block
for example; if i want to run a command on a repeating command block, and then have a couple chain command blocks after it, if i then place one, enable conditional, and then write a command, and then copy it to modify it slightly and replace it, it immediately actually runs the command, which could be dangerous for worlds if you want to make, say, a chain of commands that ends in all the blocks being removed by the last chain command block via the conditional state command blocks have, you cannot save a chain command block with that command, you have to write it manually every time you build something like that or else it will immediately delete all the command blocks in the line before it if you connect it to any command blocks, which, as i said, is unbelievably annoying and bad game design
