Here are the ideas!
1. Sulfur Spiders
From the new Chaos Cubed update, I noticed the Chiseled Cinnabar block has a spider design, so why not add Sulfur Spiders? Maybe even Cinnabar Spiders too! They could have a larger back that holds a sulfur tube or sac, allowing them to shoot a gas cloud that gives Nausea. Baby variants could also exist, similar to Baby Zombies.
2. Food and Nausea
If you have the Nausea effect, eating food could briefly give the Hunger effect. It would make the status more accurate (and cooler)
3. Better Carpets
Carpets should be customizable in Looms, just like banners. I also think carpets should be placeable in the same block space as buttons, signs, hanging signs, and trapdoors, since it often looks awkward when they can't be combined.
4. Baby Skeletons
Baby Zombies exist, so why not Baby Skeletons?
5. Useful Hoes
Hoes don't have any uses outside of making farmland. Maybe make it so breaking crops with a Hoe automatically replant crops?
6. More Cave Types
The caves are great right now, but there are only a few biomes. Adding more would be MUCH cooler (also pls make them bigger i only see noodle caves)
7. Nether Citadel
The Nether doesn't have its own boss. A rare Nether Citadel could be better, having the mob vote loser Wildfire/Hovering Inferno as a boss, which does nothing unless if you attack it, which starts a boss fight
8. Better Gold
Changing the Durability is enough, I just feel like gold is pretty useless for its rarity.
