Wool stool

With the dappled forest update in thought, now would be the perfect time to add a block the player could actually sit on. A block requested for years. Crafted using a row of wool slabs with wood blocks underneath, you can craft a stool. This wouldn't take away from the feel of minecraft, rather, it would add to it. You can build any chair you want and even use the stool to add texture to your wool roof. Picture this: you and your friends just finished building your dream house...the sun is setting over the horizon, glistening across the lake and dripping behind the mountains. As the dark falls, you gather around the campfire to watch, taking a seat on a bench you and your friends made on day one, listening to the sound of minecrafts gorgeous music and taking it all in. You did it. You built all you see. And now...now is the time to rest...to gather and see your friends off. Tomorrow will be a new day.
